  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for maintaining and supporting various third party installed, web based, and in house applications across the agency including evaluation, configuration, debugging, training, auditing, and other support related tasks. Position will work with a team to assist end users in implementation and operation of various applications and software solutions based upon business needs.

     

    OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Provide 2nd level support for multiple SaaS applications.
    2. Support all internal processes through Incident Management, Service Requests and supporting Change Management through the timely completion of tasks.
    3. Facilitate communication to end users as needed.
    4. Establish collaborative relationships with Business Process Owners to support the most efficient use of the applications.
    5. Leverage knowledge & tools to assist in process improvement. 
    6. Identify issues and potential resolutions to mitigate risks.
    7. Document process and procedures regarding SaaS applications.
    8. Support projects, programs and upgrades as required.
    9. Test application functions as needed and documenting outcomes.
    10. Support Operations as necessary.
    11. Any other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    1. Field Related College Degree and/or equivalent professional experience and/or certifications.
    2. Minimum of 2-years of experience in a related field.
    3. Knowledge of computers, software installation, end user support and troubleshooting.
    4. Ability to work across organizations to elicit information and coordinate solutions for SaaS applications.
    5. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Property Management (Yardi) or HER systems preferred.
    6. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    7. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and prioritize demands.
    8. Experience in Customer Service, Property Management, and/or Social Work a plus.
    9. Strong technical documentation skills preferred.
    10. Must hold a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and possess reliable transportation.
