Glenwell, a DePaul Senior Living Community is hiring a full - time Memory Care Coordinator for the day shift.
The starting pay range for this opportunity is $23.00 - $23.60 per hour.

2. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Medication Coordinator as assigned.
3. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor as assigned.
4. Assists in recruiting, screening, and interviewing resident care staff. Assists with the orientation for new resident care employees.
5. Assists in conducting in-service education and training programs for staff on a monthly basis.
6. Attends and participates in staff and team meetings.
7. Makes recommendations for assignments and promotions. Participates in coaching, corrective, and disciplinary personnel plans.
8. Assists with the development of all staffing schedules for the Resident / Memory Care Department.
9. Completes rounds daily, make recommendations for daily resident care assignments and ensures follow-through of resident care staff. Provides assistance to resident care staff when necessary.
10. Assists the Resident Care Director to ensure that all policies, procedures, and Department of Health regulations are adhered to in the department.
11. Consults with the Resident Care Director as needed concerning resident care and personnel concerns.
12. Assists with the admission, transfer and discharge of residents as needed.
13. Performs other duties as needed or requested by the Director and / or Administrator.
